Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Affiliation Approval: All applications for the affiliate program will undergo a review process. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
No Paid Promotions: Affiliates are not permitted to use paid advertising, pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, or any form of paid traffic to promote the photography course using their unique affiliate link. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination form the program
Accurate Representation: Affiliates must represent FOCUS photography course and its offerings honestly and without false information. Misrepresentation can result in immediate termination from the program.
No Spam: Unsolicited email promotions, indiscriminate posting on forums, or any form of spamming using your unique coupon code is strictly prohibited.
Earnings & Payments: Commissions are only earned for valid sales that were made using your unique coupon code and adhered to these terms. Payments will be made via the method discussed with you prior to joining – typically via Paypal
Responsible Advertising: Affiliates must not make any false or exaggerated claims while promoting the course. All promotional content should be balanced, truthful, and not misleading.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program for breach of these terms, unethical conduct, or any reason we deem appropriate.
Use of Materials: Affiliates are allowed to use the promotional materials (like banners and copy) provided by us. Creating or using materials that aren’t provided or approved by us may lead to termination from the program.

Confidentiality: All information pertaining to customer details, course materials, and internal processes of the program are confidential. Sharing such information will result in immediate removal from the program.
Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.
